H.B. 815: General Fund Appropriations
H.B. 815, P.N. 848 (FEESE). This appropriates funds for the General Fund for Fiscal Year 2005-2006.
This provides short descriptions of legislative bills that are active before the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. The public is encouraged to post comments on these proposals. The bills with the most recent legislative actions (i.e. public hearings, committee votes, etc.) appear first. Many more bills may be found in the monthly Archives. This is presented as a courtesy of Rep. Mark B. Cohen, House Democratic Caucus Chairman.

Why is it we can find money for a war in Iraq so we cut back on social services and force the states to then cut back on their social services? We have money for war, we can give the wealthy tax breaks, and, sorry, social services have to suffer. This is not right.
