This provides short descriptions of legislative bills that are active before the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. The public is encouraged to post comments on these proposals. The bills with the most recent legislative actions (i.e. public hearings, committee votes, etc.) appear first. Many more bills may be found in the monthly Archives. H.B. 271, P.N. 294 (GABIG) This would create an act authorizing land transfers to the Fish and Boat Commission. The lands are situated in North Newton, Cumberland County and in West Pennsboro, Cumberland County.
