SB 86: Out of State Suspected Child Abuse

S.B. 86, P.N. 665 (GREENLEAF) This would amend Title 23 (Domestic Relations).
A General Service Report would be assigned to the county protective services agency to respond to a report of suspected child abuse of a child who resides in Pennsylvania where the suspected abused happened in another state and the other state protective services agency is prohibited from investigating the alleged abuse. A copy of this report would be sent to the other state’s protective services agency.

If these reports would only be fallowed through. What a pipe dream. They can handle what problem they have now. Just which it could be true. There are to many out the falling through the crack now as it is. God help these little children.

If this could only be fulfilled. What a pipe dream. There are to many children other now falling through the cracks. This would be wonderful if this could happen. God Bless the children and let them be under is watch.
